He asked in a diminutive way and with a shrug of the shoulders, "does small work?" No!! I didn't ask for a small, I asked for a large and I paid for an item from your establishment! If I order a pizza, does the guy behind the counter ask if I would take a slice instead of the whole pizza?? At some board meeting somewhere, are the heads of McDonald's directing their managers to push smaller waters, but try to super-size the a pop?...really?February 03, 2017
